Accessories Refund Policy

Overview

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on accessories purchased from Techeyes.ca, including mobile cases, headphones, charging cables, signal boosters, toners, wireless charging devices, adaptors, power banks, and Air Pod cases.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned damaged, altered, or not in original condition (except for damage due to shipping).
  • Accessories missing parts not due to our error.
  • Products requested for a refund after 15 days from delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact Techeyes.ca customer service via email or website, providing your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Customer service will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or due to a Techise.ca error.
  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  5. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Warranty Claims

For accessories with manufacturer warranties, please refer to the product documentation for warranty service or replacement information.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Techeyes.ca will cover return shipping and refund or replace the product at no additional charge.
  • Final Sale Items: Some promotional or clearance accessories may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
