Tech-Eyes Canada Limited Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery or purchase.
Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges (receipt, order confirmation, or original payment method).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized merchandise
Personal use or hygiene products (e.g., opened software, headphones, skincare)
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Exchanges may be offered for the same item or store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In cases of defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items, Tech-Eyes Canada Limited will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Return Procedure
a. Instore Returns
1. Eligibility & Return Window
Most items purchased in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
The original receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. Condition of Merchandise
Returns must be in unused, unworn, undamaged condition, and in original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Items marked as "Final Sale," gift cards, customized products, personal use, or hygiene items are non-returnable.
3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Returns with a valid receipt are typically refunded to the original payment method; exchanges or store credit may also be offered.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
4. Return Process
Bring the item(s) to any Tech-Eyes Canada Limited retail location with your receipt.
Notify a team member you wish to process a return or exchange.
After verification, refunds or exchanges will be processed on the spot; if inspection is required, it may take up to 5–10 business days to complete.
5. Items Damaged or Defective at Purchase
Faulty, defective, or misrepresented goods can be returned within the same 30-day window for a full refund or exchange, regardless of prior usage.
Customers must present the item and a valid receipt.
6. Exceptions & Notes
Clearance, final sale, and certain personal products (e.g., opened headphones, hygiene goods) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Management may require photo ID and reserves the right to refuse returns or limit them at their discretion if abuse is suspected.
Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit at the current product price, subject to approval.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Retain your receipt and all packaging until you are certain you will keep the item.
Items returned outside of the return window, not in original condition, or without valid proof of purchase may be denied.

b. Online Returns
Contact: Email clareview@techeyes.ca or call customer support to initiate a return request. Provide order details and why you wish to return.
Authorization: You’ll receive instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization and shipping label.
Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items are inspected. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days following inspection.
6. Defective/Damaged Goods
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, notify us within 30 days to arrange for a free replacement, exchange, or refund.
Provide photo evidence or details for assessment and expedited resolution.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy is in addition to your rights under Canadian Consumer Protection legislation. These rights include returns for defective goods or goods not as described, regardless of store policy.
