Program Terms & Conditions 

Effective Date: August 31, 2026 

These Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the promotional offers, customer programs, service programs, protection programs, trade-in programs, bundles, discounts, and other programs offered by Tech-Eyes Canada Limited and its participating locations (“Tech-Eyes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

By taking part in any Tech-Eyes program or promotion, you agree to these Terms, along with any additional terms specific to that particular program or offer. 

Eligibility 

Programs and promotions are open only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out for that specific offer. What counts as eligible can vary depending on the product, service, store location, purchase channel, customer status, or other conditions Tech-Eyes may set. To confirm eligibility, Tech-Eyes may ask for reasonable proof of purchase or other supporting information. 

Program-Specific Terms 

Each Tech-Eyes program or promotion may come with its own terms, eligibility rules, exclusions, limitations, and benefits. Where those program-specific terms exist, they should be read together with this document. If something in a program's specific terms conflicts with these general Terms, the program-specific terms take precedence for that particular program, to the extent of the conflict. It's the customer's responsibility to review the terms of a program before participating. 

Offers and Benefits 

Program benefits, including discounts, credits, services, replacements, or any other offer, are provided exactly as described in that program’s terms and remain subject to eligibility requirements, availability, applicable limits, and any exclusions. Unless a program specifically says otherwise, its benefits: 

Combining Offers 

Tech-Eyes programs, promotions, coupons, discounts, and other offers generally cannot be stacked or combined with one another, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where offers are advertised as combinable, the relevant program-specific terms will explain exactly how that works. 

Pricing and Taxes 

All prices, fees, and mandatory charges are disclosed in line with applicable law, and taxes are applied wherever required. Program benefits are tied to the pricing and conditions in effect at the time of purchase or redemption, not necessarily what applied earlier or what may apply later. 

Availability and Limitations 

Programs and promotional offers can be limited by product stock, inventory, service capacity, store location, or other practical factors. Where permitted by law and the applicable program terms, Tech-Eyes may place reasonable limits on how many times a customer can participate, purchase, claim, or redeem under a program. Unless stated otherwise, programs are only available through participating Tech-Eyes locations or official Tech-Eyes sales channels. 

Fraud, Abuse and Misuse 

Tech-Eyes reserves the right to look into suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, false information, duplicate claims, altered receipts, or any other form of misuse connected to a program. Where the law allows, Tech-Eyes may refuse or withdraw a program benefit if participation or a claim is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise out of step with that program’s terms. 

Changes or Discontinuation 

Tech-Eyes may modify, pause, or discontinue a program or promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Where the law requires notice or other steps before a change takes effect, Tech-Eyes will provide that notice accordingly. Any changes will not take away rights or benefits a customer has already legitimately earned, where doing so isn’t legally permitted. 

Returns, Refunds and Warranties 

Returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs, and warranties are handled according to the relevant Tech-Eyes policy and the specific terms of the program, product, or service involved. Taking part in a Tech-Eyes program doesn’t replace or limit any manufacturer’s warranty or statutory consumer rights a customer already holds. 

Consumer Rights 

These Terms operate within the framework of applicable Canadian federal and provincial law. Nothing here is meant to exclude, limit, or waive any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or protection that can't legally be excluded or waived. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that legal requirement takes priority to the extent of the conflict. 

Privacy 

Any personal information collected as part of a program or promotion is handled in accordance with Tech-Eyes’ Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where the relevant transaction takes place, together with the applicable federal laws of Canada.
